LEARNING THROUGH SPORT LTD BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. You will be notified if your booking cannot be accepted for any reason. 2. All birthday party fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. 3. Cancellation - Learning Through Sport LTD reserves the right to cancel or postpone any party for any reason. In the event of which, either a refund will be given or an alternative party date will be offered by lieu. 4. Learning Through Sport reserves the right to exclude any child whose behaviour we deem inappropriate. 5. All Learning Through Sport LTD coaches are approved and police checked through the criminal records bureau. 6. On occasions, Learning Through Sport LTD or their representatives may take photographs/filming's for promotional purposes only. 7. I agree to receiving texts and/or emails regarding Learning Through Sport Limited sessions and clubs. If not please email learningthroughsport@ntlworld.com to be removed. 8. Learning Through Sport LTD do not accept responsibility or liability in respect of any loss or damage to personal property or effects. 9. The details provided on this booking form will be held on file for the Learning Through Sport LTD administration purposes only. 10. When paying by cheque you will be at risk of bank and admin charges if your cheque happens to bounce.YES
